Jesse Lamont

Musican

Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Jesse Lamont is a 23-year-old singer and performer whose work bridges energy, emotion, and connection. Known for his powerful vocals and charisma, Jesse brings an authenticity to the stage that draws audiences in - first with excitement, then with heart.

For Jesse, a performance is a relationship. It begins with high energy and excitement - helping audiences leave their stressors at the door - and deepens as he invites them into moments of honesty and shared feeling through song and spoken word. His goal is simple: for every person to leave not only entertained, but moved.

  • Jesse discovered his passion for music at the age of fifteen, when his sister signed him up for the school musical. What began as a surprise quickly became a defining part of his life. Since 2019, he has been a regular vocalist at his local church and an active contributor to his community through music and service. Much of Jesse’s artistic growth has been shaped by his years with Sask Express, with whom he has toured and collaborated extensively. He credits the company not only for refining his craft, but for helping him grow into the performer-and the person-he is today.

Beyond the stage, Jesse is a full-time student at the University of Regina. He majors in Philosophy and Classics and is very passionate about the material he studies. Jesse is drawn to questions of meaning, virtue, and what it means to live well. He aims to bridge the divide between the artist and the thinker as both seek to uncover truth, to communicate it, and to inspire others toward it. For him, music and performance are living expressions of that search. Every song, every word, every gesture is an invitation for audiences to join him in exploring “The Good Life” - not as an abstract ideal, but as something to be practiced, shared, and felt together.

Christofur Real

Christofur Real is a Regina-based artist who’s made his name by being able to play “everything.” His days fronting several prominent Saskatchewan rock and country bands have given him an unrivalled selection of cover songs from all popular genres and eras to perform during his solo acoustic shows. Not surprisingly, Christofur loves taking requests from the audience, and rarely can a crowd stump him. Billy Joel? You got it! Tragically Hip? Of course! Luke Combs? Sure thing! Eminem? Yup, even that. His massive repertoire also allows him to craft “event specific” setlists with ease, such as an all-Canadian artists set on Canada Day, or an all ‘80s or ‘90s set for a retro night, or even a set made up entirely of songs about places for a travel agent convention.

This versatility, combined with his high-energy stage presence and knack for cracking just the right joke at just the right time on stage, are major reasons his performance calendar is always full and why he’s found himself on the Prairie Dog’s annual “Best of Regina” lists numerous times throughout the years.
